崇敬者大祭(えと祈願祭)

五穀豊穣と商売繁盛に感謝する年一度の御祭りです。

本殿前には、繁昌大国神である「大国主命(おおくにぬしのみこと)」が祀られており、七つの名前があることから、言社(ことしゃ)も七つ分かれています。

それぞれの神さまは干支の守り神としても信仰されています。

当日は、朗読・神楽・筝曲・盆祭り・福くじ・模擬店

などが行われます

This autumn festival is held at Okuni-sama to give thanks for bountiful harvests and prosperous business. The shrine grounds are bustling all day with events, stalls, lucky draws, and Bugaku performances.

※ ご 参 列 は 同 封 の 用 紙 に て 十 月 十 日 （ 金 ） ま で に お 知 ら せ 願 い ま す
※ 奉 賛 金 等 の 納 入 は 同 封 の 振 替 用 紙 を ご 利 用 下 さ い

On October 19th, we will be celebrating the Okuni Autumn Festival.
At this festival, we give thanks to the rich autumn harvest.

The shrine is crowded with worshippers eating, drinking, singing, dancing, drawing lottery tickets and much more.

Okuni-sama is also famous as the guardian of the Zodiac, and has been gathering faith since ancient times.

It is said that each name Okuni-sama uses is a manifestation of a different soul.When Okuni-sama is called by the name “Oomononushi no Kami”, it is a manifestation of Nigimitama. When Okuni-sama is called by the name “Yachihoko no Kami”, it is a manifestation of Aramitama.

In the past, people also categorized Okuni-samaʼs divine powers into 4 and called it Shikon (4 Souls). Each soul was named based on its personality. The brave soul was named Aramitama, the gentle soul was named Nigimitama, the soul that did mysterious works was named Kushimitama, and the soul that brought happiness was named Sachimitama.
